About the job 🧑💻Your main mission is to significantly transform our notoriety into visibility in order to make our brand shine and increase the amount of inbound leads 💥You will be one of our first recruits and your arrival will have a strong impact on the brand and its image! As part of our dynamic and committed team, you will be working with the Marketing Manager. Your main missions will be the following:
- Define, plan and coordinate the social media strategy and the content strategy adapted to each network
- Participate in the creation of content, be a force of proposal
- Assist in the planning of publications and daily management of posts and stories
- Build an engaged community, interact and moderate it while respecting the tone and discourse of the brand
- Help develop our employer brand
- Permanent monitoring: activation trends, profiles, news, posts, competition...
- Participate in the development of the influence strategy and the adapted mechanisms
- Identify opportunities and propose new partnerships (events, collaborations, contests ...)
- Analyze performance and identify key information to optimize our strategy
- You have a significant experience in a similar role
- You speak French and you are fluent in English, both written and spoken, as our team is international.
- As an expert on social networks, especially Instagram and TikTok, you master as well digital tools and the world of influence
- As a problem-solver, you know how to make proposals. You can think out of the box, and you can come up with bold and innovative ideas
- You have excellent writing skills and pay a developed attention to detail
- Autonomous, you are ready to tackle projects in order to deliver in time
