The local job market

With an unemployment rate lower than the national average (9% versus 10.2% - and even 8.4% in Nantes), the Pays de la Loire is undoubtedly one of the most dynamic regions in France when it comes to the job market.
Nantes Saint-Nazaire regularly tops the rankings of French urban areas in terms of job creation, contributing to its balance and dynamism.
